OUR ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Joining PRO5 is a thoughtful and collaborative process. We are committed to ensuring the right fit — athletically, academically, and culturally — for both the athlete and the program.
Step 1: Fill out application
The process begins with an online application form. This allows our team to learn more about the athlete’s background, goals, and current level of play. Once submitted, a member of our staff will reach out to begin the conversation and outline next steps.
Step 2: On-Field Evaluation
Prospective athletes are invited to join a team training session to experience the PRO5 environment firsthand. This serves as a live evaluation — allowing our staff to assess whether the athlete is prepared for this level of development while also giving the family a clear picture of our expectations and culture.
Step 3: Offer of Acceptance
If there is alignment on both sides — athletically, academically, and culturally — a roster spot will be offered. Our program is intentionally selective to maintain smaller rosters and ensure each athlete receives meaningful development opportunities.
Step 4: Academic Planning
Once accepted, families meet with our academic advisors to determine the best educational pathway. We work closely with each student-athlete to ensure NCAA eligibility requirements are met while aligning coursework with long-term academic goals. Development in the classroom is just as important as development on the field.
Step 5: Begin the Journey
Once accepted, athletes and families will receive the next steps to officially join the PRO5 program. This is where the journey begins — stepping into a culture of high standards, intentional development, and elite training. It’s the first step toward becoming a complete athlete and part of the PRO5 team.
