At PRO5, who you are matters more than how you perform. Our coaches are committed to creating a positive, growth-focused environment. Through intentional coaching, leadership development, and accountability, our athletes grow as competitors while building resilience, teamwork, and the character required to succeed beyond the game.
Community
We the game as a platform to serve others and strengthen the communities around us. Our athletes grow through local service and international mission opportunities, gaining perspective and learning to use their influence for good. Today, PRO5’s reach spans 11 countries and continues to expand, strengthening the game of baseball both locally and around the world.
Faith-Guided Mission
Baseball is the vehicle we use to develop young men of discipline, integrity, and purpose — on and off the field. Our staff, guided by biblical values, lead, coach, and serve with intention each day. Faith shapes the culture of our program and the standards we pursue as we challenge athletes to grow as competitors and men of character.
