Welcome back to the PRO5 Baseball family! We are excited to begin PRO5 Year 10 and look forward to continuing to support your son’s development as a player, leader, and young man.

Please complete this Returning Player Commitment Form and submit the required deposit ($2,000) by July 15, 2026, to confirm your player’s spot for the upcoming season.

Tuition and Payment Information:

The total tuition for the 2026–2027 season is $21,900. The deposit submitted through this form will be applied toward your total tuition balance. Please select your preferred payment option:

Option 1: Pay the remaining tuition balance in full by check, ACH, or credit card in August.

Option 2: Two automatic payments—one-half of the remaining balance in August and one-half in January.

Option 3: Four automatic payments of the remaining balance—August, November, January, and March.

Option 4: Eight monthly automatic payments of the remaining balance—August through March.

ACH payments do not have a processing fee. Credit card payments will include a 2.5% processing fee.

Family members or friends may also contribute toward a player’s tuition through our nonprofit partner, With Purpose International. Please contact Jay Stott for additional information.

Host Family Opportunities:

We are seeking PRO5 families willing to host players coming from outside the area. Host families may receive approximately $300–$500 per month to help cover expenses. A small tuition discount may also be available.

Optional International Trip:

Players may have the opportunity to participate in an optional trip to the Dominican Republic or Puerto Rico. The trip is not included in tuition and is expected to cost approximately $1,800 per person.

Fundraising opportunities may be available to help offset the cost. You will be asked to indicate your family’s current level of interest in participating.
